We – Pride of Kashmir (pridekofkashmir.in) have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. Return of any item may be instituted within one week of receipt of shipment for a refund of the cost of the goods (less applicable shipping charges and restocking charges) if returned intact. Likewise, all returns must be received by us within the next 15 working days to qualify for a refund.
1. Please note that items marked as samples, or intended for final sale or clearance cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please also note that orders for drums of 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, 180 kg, and more are not returnable or refundable. In case anyone is not sure about the quality and services of our company, we will recommend them to request samples and check the quality.
2. In India, returns are considered an import, and the buyer is required to pay 40% customs duty by the buyer on CIF value in order to collect the shipment, so we ask all buyers to check the small sample before buying large quantities if you are not familiar with our products. However, we have a soft corner for everyone who trusts us and we will do whatever is necessary to be satisfied.
3. All subjective returns (for which there was no error on our part) will be charged a 20% restocking fee, or a minimum of INR 800.00, whichever is greater.
4. If an error has been made by us on a written order, we will gladly pay for the reshipment. Any errors resulting from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer and they will be responsible for the return freight. Please submit orders in writing whenever possible.
5. All returns must be sent to our warehouse for evaluation. The declaration “Goods returned to manufacturer/exporter” must appear on all packages.
6. All subjective returns must be returned in salable condition. Partially used products will not be credited. If we do not receive the goods or if it is damaged, we do not issue a refund or credit.
7. Products returned due to quality issues will be refunded or credited ONLY after a quality control inspection has been performed on the returned item (s) in accordance with our ISO 9001: 2015 specifications. Likewise, the cost of freight Returns will only be refunded if the quality of the returned item (s) has been found to be unacceptable.
8. Refunds or credits for any reason may take up to one (1) a month to process, depending on the volume of returns. From the date you receive our credit memo by email, refunds may take 10 to 12 business days for your financial institution to be processed before appearing on your statement.
9. Pride of Kashmir (pridekofkashmir.in) assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur. Likewise, we should be notified if additional insurance is required. Without notifications, we ship products without insurance
